(1) when the 4000 kcal ≤ the application base low calorific value <4200 kcal, the discount purchase shall be implemented, and the settlement price of this batch of products = the contract unit price 4200X the measured calorific value X0.97; When the 3800 kcal ≤ the application base low calorific value <4000 kcal, the party has the right to refuse to accept the warehouse and return or exchange the goods. The seller shall bear all the costs of the return and exchange, according to the settlement unit price = contract unit price 6 4200X measured calorific value X0.87 settlement.

If the total sulfur content of the base is more than 1.1, the price reduction shall be carried out. (4) When 28% ≤ volatile <30%, the batch of products shall be deducted by 5 yuan/ton.

(5) When 28% ≤ fixed carbon <30%, the batch of products will be deducted by 5 yuan/ton.

(6) When ash content> 10%, the batch of products will be deducted by 5 yuan/ton.

2. Luliang Coal

(1) when 3600 kcal ≤ application base low calorific value <3800 kcal, discount purchase shall be carried out, and the settlement price of this batch of products = contract unit price 3800X measured calorific value X0.97; When the basic low calorific value is less than 3600 kcal, the buyer refuses to receive the goods. if the buyer agrees to receive the goods, the settlement shall be made according to the settlement unit price = contract unit price 3800X measured calorific value X0.87.

The calculation method for the price reduction of 0. 7% part is as follows: 6 yuan/ton will be deducted for every 0. 1% (if the excess part is less than 0. 1%, it will still be calculated as 0.1) of dry base total sulfur exceeding the standard.

(4) When 28% ≤ volatile <30%, the batch of products shall be deducted by 5 yuan/ton.

(5) When 28% ≤ fixed carbon <30%, the batch of products will be deducted by 5 yuan/ton.

(6) When ash content> 12%, the batch of products will be deducted by 5 yuan/ton.

2. quotation and payment settlement

1. The bidding quotation is valid from October 26, 2021 to November 30, 2021. The price shall not be adjusted during the validity period. The bidding unit shall fully consider the market risk.

3. Bid Opening and Evaluation

1. Bid opening time: November 1, 2021.

2. Bid evaluation method: the bid shall be negotiated within 2 days from the deadline of bid submission.

3. Notification of Award: During the validity period of the bid, the tenderer will notify the winning bidder in writing (notification of award). The medium notice is a valid part of the contract.

Signing of 4. Contract Agreement

1. After receiving the bid-winning notice issued by the tenderee, the winning bidder shall sign the contract proposal at the time and place specified by the tenderee.

2. If the winning bidder fails to sign the contract agreement as required, the tenderee will be disqualified from winning the bid. In this case, the tenderer shall have the right to select the second winning bidder or the alternative winning bidder in sequence.
